Randi has worked as Dave’s executive assistant for the past 23 years and has been a licensed RE/MAX agent since January 2006. Previously a legal assistant in Vancouver, Randi enjoys assisting clients through the legalese of the real estate process and handles the details once an offer is accepted. “It’s important to me that the process runs smoothly to closing and is a pleasurable experience for everyone involved.” Randi also wears the hat of team/office manager and assists Dave in implementation of all marketing materials. Sometimes known as Mother Bear on the team, Randi and her husband, Phil raised five children and with all but one now on their own, she enjoys yoga, travelling and spending time on the beach and with her family whenever possible.
